I really had no expectations of casino security, but what really surprised me was the fact that the Coushatta Tribal Police did nothing at all to investigate this crime. That was over FOUR MONTHS AGO! I had to pay $560 for a new windshield. They advised that they would call me with the results of their investigation. They discovered that a security camera had a clear view of our parking spot, and they promised to review the footage and attempt to identify the vandal/s. We notified casino security and Coushatta Tribal Police, both of whom responded and took reports. We walked to the parking lot directly in front of the casino and found, to our surprise, that someone had broken our windshield. After 4 days, we were packed and ready to head back to Texas. This is the first time in 26 years of coming here that we actually felt ripped off. The minimums on the table games have been TRIPLED, and it now costs a small fortune to play a table game. The slot machines were now tighter than ever, and it was impossible to win anything playing these super tight machines.
To say that we were disappointed with all the changes at Coushatta would be an understatement.
